driving value for growing Recruitment and Human Capital Services businesses.
We fund buy outs and partial buy outs to facilitate share-holder realisation and exit plans
as well as introducing capital to drive the next phase of development.
Our track record* of managing over 30 investment projects has resulted in over £350m of share-holder value

We typically arrange funding of between £0.5m to £10m and our goal is to help businesses
achieve significant growth over a 2 – 5 year term. For owner shareholders our tax partners
