At Stage 2 we focus on Growth Companies, working with their boards to enable them to achieve the highest levels of performance and to reach the next stage of their development, their STAGE 2.

 

*We provide Investment, Non-Executive and Advisory Support as well as Leadership Development Programmes. These skills have enabled over 30 businesses to achieve their goals, realising over £350m in shareholder value through 2 IPOs, 15 rounds of Private Equity and Debt Funding and numerous M&A transactions.

 

Growth strategies and exit strategies require capital. Stage 2 Capital funds buy-outs and partial buy-outs to facilitate share-holder realisation and exit plans as well as introducing capital to drive the next phase of development.

 

Our network of more than 7,500 non-executive directors and Chairpersons have multisector experience and in-depth functional expertise, many with strong Venture Capital and Private Equity experience. We deploy on a permanent and interim basis. 

 

To further support the leaders of growth companies we run a programme of Leadership Development Workshops that can be accessed virtually or in classroom and can be run for individual companies or as open sessions.
